Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid, custom-written assignment orders placed through our quote form or WhatsApp. Our free assignment examples are not paid products and are not covered by this policy.
1. Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before we have started work on your brief, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Once Work Has Started
Once a writer has begun work on your assignment, a partial refund may be available, reflecting the proportion of work already completed. We will always confirm this with you before proceeding.
3. Once Work Has Been Delivered
After final delivery, we first offer revisions to bring the work in line with your original brief — this is the fastest way to resolve most concerns. A refund after delivery is only considered where:
- The delivered work does not match the brief you provided, and cannot be corrected through revision; or
- The conditions of our Money Back Guarantee are met (for example, a missed agreed deadline or confirmed plagiarism).
4. What Isn't Covered
- Dissatisfaction with a grade received after submission — we cannot guarantee institutional grading outcomes.
- Changes to the brief made after work has already started, without prior agreement.
- Requests made after the work has already been submitted to your institution.
5. How to Request a Refund
Message us on WhatsApp or via our Contact page with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to review every request within 2 business days and, where approved, process refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
